3. Eligibility

Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration

Submit rental requests with specified dates and terms
Complete payment processing through our secure system
Receive confirmation and rental details

5.2 Rental Agreements

Each rental is subject to a separate rental agreement
Rental terms, including duration, pricing, and conditions, are specified for each item
Both parties must agree to rental terms before transaction completion

5.3 Availability

All rental items are subject to availability
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances
Alternative options will be provided when possible

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Rental Fees

Rental prices are clearly displayed for each item
Prices may include additional fees such as delivery, insurance, or service charges
All prices are subject to applicable taxes

6.2 Payment Processing

Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers

6.3 Security Deposits

Security deposits may be required for certain rental items
Deposits will be returned following successful completion of rental terms
Deductions may be made for damages, cleaning, or late returns

7. Rental Terms and Conditions

7.1 Rental Period

Rental periods begin and end at specified times
Late returns may result in additional charges
Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees

7.2 Use Restrictions

Rental items must be used only for their intended purpose
Subletting or unauthorized transfer of rental items is prohibited
Items must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions

7.3 Care and Maintenance

Renters are responsible for reasonable care of rental items
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in repair or replacement charges
Items must be returned in the same condition as received

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made [24/48/72] hours before rental start date: full refund
Cancellations made less than [24/48/72] hours: [50%] refund
No refunds for cancellations after rental period begins

8.2 Cancellation by WeRent

We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to equipment failure, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by WeRent
We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Limitation of Liability

WeRent's liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific transaction
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer

9.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are liable for damage, loss, or theft of rental items while in their possession
Customers must report any incidents immediately
Additional insurance coverage may be available for purchase

9.3 Third-Party Claims

Customers agree to indemnify WeRent against claims arising from their use of rental items
This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, or legal violations

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service for:

Illegal activities or purposes
Violation of any local, state, or international laws
Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
Transmission of malicious software or content
Interference with or disruption of our services
Unauthorized commercial use of our platform

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 WeRent Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to WeRent
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

11.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload
By uploading content, users grant WeRent a license to use, display, and distribute such content
Users represent that they have rights to all uploaded content

12. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Resolution

We encourage users to contact our customer service team for dispute resolution
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably

Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be subject to binding arbitration

WeRent shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

16. Modifications to Terms

16.1 Right to Modify

WeRent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time
Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

16.2 Effective Date

Modifications become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified
Users who do not agree to modifications should discontinue use of the Service
