Off-road vehicles can be used on non-official roads (like forest trails), but insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle on these routes. For difficult routes like those Tusheti, only "Difficult Off-Road" vehicles are permitted. Check with us before your trip to be sure you're using the right vehicle for your chosen route.
Non-offroad cars are meant for city and highway use only, and cannot be driven on rough or unpaved roads. Use of these cars off-road is strictly prohibited.
